Pros

Busy and the money is good. Plus lots of cool networking can be done with beer reps. There is some cool regulars. Room to move up to management, glad I dodged that bullet they drain you life!

Cons

You are over worked and under appreciated. The managers are shady at almost all locations. I worked at many! There is so much backwards thinking and inappropriate behavior between managers and employees.

Insanely toxic work environment, terrible management, insane amounts of favoritism, terrible scheduling, bad pay, etc.
