Pros

The position was enjoyable and fun to interact with students and staff.

Cons

I was given absolutely no training, but handed a set of keys to all the schools in the district and was told to start. The corporate office complained about what and how I was handling the schools but never once gave me any guidelines to the procedures that work for the company. Would not return calls or emails and then get upset over decisions that were made.

Pros

Great team spirit with coworkers and serving the students can be a lot of fun. The job is good for those that like to keep busy. No sitting around here!

Cons

Not enough time invested in proper training and no instructions are written down. Management tends to give more work to those that are capable and dependable but without additional compensation. No full time work available and no advancement opportunities.
