Pros

I have worked for Taher, Inc. for, going on, 7 years. I have worn many hats, and done many things while working for this company, and each position has not only made me feel valuable, but also appreciated! Taher, Inc has always had my back, and has pushed me to become so much more than I ever dreamed. They have supported my lifestyle, starting a family, and also my wants and needs within my career. What more could you ask for? Pay is good. Schedule is set. The company is corporatized, but is also has a family base. Big enough, but 'tight knit' at the same time. The perfect mix to support a family and growing career.

Cons

Not many downsides to working at Taher, Inc. If I had to name one con, it would be the healthcare benefits.

Good base of vision and mission; healthy foods, supporting communities. Good corporate templates for food service directors to use each month.

Cons

Horrible regional management, zero flexibility, outdated HR procedures, poor communication. No development opportunities, zero support. Benefits are expensive and very limited medical providers outside of MN. HR follows very outdated and inflexible procedures. No thought or caring towards employees. Poor pre and post employment communication.
