Cons

Corporate treats male chefs on a higher level than FSD’s. No support from district manager. Salary range is not consistent. Don’t pay out bonuses until 6 months after the end of the school year. Benefits are below average.

Pros

Taher is unique. The sales team is able to use the small size, chef council, and family owned concept to their benefit as they pitch the program to potential clients. Pay is higher than most of their competitors.

Cons

They promise clients customized programs that ops cannot deliver on because their target plate cost unrealistically low and they don’t have enough corporate support to make the client’s dreams a reality. Benefits are poor except Doctegrity which is the only saving grace to the entire insurance program.

Pros

1 free meal a day, snow days, Knowing more than your new hire DM in an audit year for my account.

Cons

CEO and kids have cars that cost more than your mortgage, while being told having enough pizza for kids isn't the priority if it causes you to go over $13 on your food budget. They can eat cold ham and cheese sandwiches instead! Some one has to pay for those passport bro style chef trips.
