Pros

Great pay, decent benefits and not too busy. Good variety of exams. Friendly doctors and caring staff. Cross training available.

Cons

Little chance for advancement. Many layers of management. Constant requirement to flex out if you are not one of management's chosen group. Senior management is in turmoil since our CEO was let go. Distrust between staff and HR.
