Pros

Management and leadership provide lots of encouragement and are easily approachable. Co-workers were great and overall positive work environment! Excellent pay and benefits! I LOVED working at TFH.

They are good to the employees with salary and benefits. They also have a gainsharing event yearly that's nice

Cons

The leadership lacks direction. Some are allowed to treat employees with distain and get away with it. They really need to up their game when it comes to direction, because having a reputation as a snake pit, will not go far
