Pros

Fair compensation, every one is friendly and willing to help. Benefits are 100% paid by the employer. Free beverages and gym facility. Every one is very professional and down to earth. Very well diversified company. Mix of very intelligent people. WFH flexibility and casual Fridays.

Cons

Start up company though it’s under umbrella of otsuka holdings. They need to have swift systems in place
