      Pros

      I am a recent hire at Taiho Oncology and I have been consistently amazed by the collective expertise and all the kind, collaborative and welcoming colleagues I meet every day. At one of my first meetings everyone voluntarily shared their work anniversaries or how long they have worked at Taiho Oncology and I sensed their genuineness and pride being part of such a great team. That's when I knew I had made the right choice.

      Not a good place to work. Favoritism and inexperienced personnel that practice racism and bullying. Lack of respect and growth.
