Wonderful benefits Great salary and compensation package

Cons

Terrible management team in Medical Affairs resulting in extremely high turnover (6 VPs in 5 years) A lot of favoritism and narcissism in the Medical team (field and in house)

Very patient focused company with a small company feel. People work well together and management is very people-focused. The culture is one where people get along and work well together.

Cons

For some, having to be in the office 3 days a week is a negative.
