      Company is growing and doing good in the world of healthcare, helping patients every day. Good company structure, great culture. Interesting and challenging real world problems to solve that make an impact. Talented and effective management team.

      Pros

      A growing company in a growing space. The impact the company has on people is huge and it truly changes people's lives. The variety of solutions, the depth of the market, the people and culture truly make this an awesome place to work. There is place for everyone to make suggestions, drive changes and make an impact - both internally and externally.

      Cons

      The team works hard and has to balance multiple timezones, but with the open culture and hybrid set up, this is manageable fairly easily

      Pros

      TailorMed is rapidly scaling company that offers a tremendous amount of opportunity to grow professionally. Besides being a "feel good" organization with a very personal mission, we have a diverse workforce and feel very connected in a remote world. Everybody is always willing to help. I was so excited to join the team and and now I'm even more excited to help the team grow!

      Cons

      Hard to think of any cons but I don't want to be entirely biased. As with any fast growing company, there is a need to move FAST! Things change, there is a lot to learn. If you remember that everyone is here and is willing to help- this will be a con you don't have to worry much about.
