We recognize that rapid growth can create challenges, particularly around communication, management consistency, workload expectations, and organizational change, and we know experiences can vary across teams. Over the past several weeks, our leadership team has been actively meeting with employees across the organization to better understand where we need to improve. We are currently focused on strengthening manager support and development, improving onboarding and training processes, and creating clearer paths for communication and feedback.
