High sales expectations; Not only do you have to keep your sales numbers up to company standards, but you have to make sure each shop tech doing the same as well. Not having a set work schedule; If someone calls off or no call no show you'll be the first one looked at to cover. Always active; being that you the assistant manager you have to constantly shift your focus on monitoring and counting inventory well as work flow on floor. Which at a busy store can be hard to do. Forced advancements; It's a high turnover rate in management and they always looking to grow which means they tend to get in situations which your the next to get promoted and if you don't take it they will demote or fire you for not wanting to do so
