Cons

Upper management. We are borg resistance is futile. Company does not like past experience. Your a free thinker. Nope not for you either. Like high stress. Then go for it. Its dog eat dog. And they will want your soul as well.

Working at Take 5 helps you build customer service skills, and you learn a lot about servicing vehicles.

Cons

Bad working conditions. Management higher up isn't very transparent. They try to squeeze their workers dry at minimum wage while selling oil at higher prices than anywhere around. Before I left over a month ago, they came out with even higher prices, and pay was not changed. Company was decent 2 years ago, but something changed.

Excellent employees to work with. The People who are treated like garbage by management are the best assets the company has.

Cons

Poor District Management, Poor Training, Not paid for overtime even though I was labeled non exempt, Not paid bonuses properly, CEO doesn't have a clue about the poor treatment of employees
