Cons

Poor Upper Management, constant policy changes, pay, jobs are threatened to be lost because other people don’t do their jobs correctly, bay doors need to be open if it’s 30-35 degrees outside. Small teams, they want to pressure sell people into buying things, we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and still want us going into people cars.
