Pros
TAKE is Domain Expertise, wonderful learning opportunities. TAKE has well defined processes and policies. TAKE is one of the highest paying employers at IIMs in India.
Cons
Senior management is not aggressive in expanding the company. Senior management tries to do to many things at a time. No clear leadership, No clear support and directions. There is no transparent culture. Except IIMs , the other people will get very poor pay.
