I would agree with you that there are many wonderful people here at Talascend. Our success over the past 70 plus years is credit to the many great people who have contributed by surpassing the goals that were set for them. We strive hard to set goals that will allow us to stay competitive in the industry along with achieving the profitability targets of our investors. Our current placements per month goals range from 2-3 placements, based on the individual recruiters overall recruiting experience level. The many great people here at Talascend are always willing to help, train, and support their team members in achieving these goals.
