Talascend is a great company to work for. The company has many established clients and they have been around for a long time. Talascend's headquarters is in in Troy and their office setting is contemporary and super nice. The work environment in Troy is very fun, employees work hard and enjoy the family atmosphere. I strongly recommend this company for anyone who is considering joining the company.

Cons

Temperature of the office is a bit on the cold side. Other than that, I do not see any other cons.
