Staffing is definitely a challenge in these times for all employers in our area, particularly in the field of Health and Human Services. We are working hard to fill our vacancies with the staff needed in all of our programs. Please encourage your team members to refer people to the agency and make sure they take advantage of our employee referral bonus! Many of our best employees were referred by someone already working for the agency. Thank you for your dedication to our mission and to our staff. Please reach out to me directly so we can talk more about your specific needs. <3
