Thank you for your review. Talbert House is one of the largest agencies of its kind, not only in Ohio, but across the country as well. It is also complex, with nearly 1000 full-time, part-time, seasonal, and on-call employees serving at over 60 different locations, sites, programs and affiliates across six counties in Greater Cincinnati. This kind of program diversity enables the agency to provide holistic, integrated care across five main service lines: housing, community services, addictions, courts and corrections and behavioral health. Last year, Talbert House served over 26,000 clients face to face with an additional 134,000 receiving prevention and hotline services. Several boards oversee Talbert House's direction. The Board of Trustees governs agency services, and together with the CEO, oversees decisions regarding our management structure. It is designed to support our programs and make them successful in the most efficient and effective way possible. We are very proud of our management team here at Talbert House, and the hard work each leader accomplishes every day in support of our mission to empower children, families and adults to live healthy, safe and productive lives. They do what is needed to support our client care staff during so many challenges, especially during the last few years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
