Pros

Hep you get independently licensed, opportunity for CEUs for free, good insurance.

Cons

It’s a non profit. It is exhausting to work here. They use people up and then they leave. The turn over was pretty crazy. As a therapist, I was pushed to do social work much more significantly than therapy. My job was just constantly putting out fires and being overextended. The policies for “best practice” changes weekly. The pressure that comes from using government funding lead some supervisors to be more consumed with what needed to be done to get funding over client care and employee wellbeing.

Pros

1, Great co-workers (for the most part)! 2. TH does a good job helping our neighbors who are most in need. 3. Management leaves you alone, if you do your job.

Cons

1. They have to be the biggest "tightwads" on the planet. CEO makes a fortune, and peasant workers make very little. 2. They will fire you, if you are no longer needed, via an email. 3. Too politcally correct.
