Pros

Opportunity to help clients and learn many skills and diagnoses. There are good people who do care about helping clients. Decent benefits if you are single and don't get sick often.

Cons

Large caseload with little reward or encouragement. High turnover rate. Money seems more important than good client care most of the time. Utilization requirements are unrealistic. Productivity is praised over helping clients. Insurance plan covers most preventative/check-up appointments. But if you have chronic medical conditions it can be expensive.
