Pros

Great insurance it's a self insured plan without high deductible. The president is very personable, and welcoming.

Cons

Turnover is really high for the more intense programs. Lack of uniformity when working with individual programs and requirements.

Pros

I have been here almost a year and have loved every bit. I left my previous employer of 18 years. I was hired in one position and in 4 months I was won an award for "Exceptional Customer Service". Shortly after that I was offered a better position in which I have the freedom to use my skills and learn new skills. I see a lot growth in my position and I'm excited for new things to come. I have also referred a few individuals as well who are still currently employed and are thriving here.

Cons

At this current time there are no cons. I believe you get what you put in, meaning if you come in with negative then that's what you will back in return.
