Pros

Wonderful coworkers, plenty of hours available to work, rewarding job.

Cons

Horrible management, dishonest management, low pay, lots of responsibility and you always have to be on topmost things or you could end up getting framed for something that you didn't do. This company is a liability!

Pros

I enjoy the variety of work sites. Potential for development. Diversity of clients. Training offered consistently. All shifts available.

Cons

If you are not a favorite there is not much chance of getting positions/ preferred shifts even if you are highly qualified or over qualified. Supervisors are unreceptive to underlings producing work that might make them look more competent. The environment aims to encourage mediocrity and apathy. Trauma informed care does not exist nor does niatx. Clients are often treated disrespectfully.
