Pros

So far I have most enjoyed being able to contribute to Talbert House's mission. Helping to build a stronger community by addressing all aspects of a person's situation is what this Agency does through its many services and it's very rewarding to be a part of. I'm also grateful for the patience and encouragement of my team and the people in my office as I was new to many aspects of my job coming in. They have taken the time to teach me and help me grow in just the short time I've been here so far. I also enjoy the work/life balance I've been able to strike with this position, as my previous work did not allow for much of that. When I do have to work in the evenings or on weekends the mission always makes it worth it.

Cons

So far I haven't had any negative experiences.
