Pros

Services we provide to our clients. New benefit package, especially healthcare changes that were made recently. Shows they are always looking for better options

Cons

We're a non-profit and always trying to compete with wages. Have such a diversity of services that it can be hard to understand all that we do

Pros

Great variety of services, upward mobility is a great benefit. New benefit package is great! Great mission. Management listens and wants to make changes.

Cons

Can be fast paced. Need to be flexible. As a non profit the pay could be better but the new benefit package helps.

Pros

Okay benefits. Definitely lots of overtime available. And free training to further your career.

Cons

Unprofessional staff and management. On site training is horrible. Pay is whack. No paid holidays. Over worked staff. Always under staffed. A money hungry non profit
