A ball of confusion. Management is TERRRRIBLE. I've never seen such an unorganized, waste of my time. If you're unemployed or seeking experience bypass this dungeon. Career opportunities for management's friends if they are that desperate to work there.

-Good organization with good people who truly want to help the community. -Good benefits and work/life balance.

Cons

-Organization certainly tries to do to much in too many areas. It is better to do 10 programs excellent than to do 15 programs mediocre. -Be realistic on workload of individuals. Yes, we may be able to get the job done, but not done 100%.
