Cons

pay is terrible; need better leadership; turnover rate is very high: I recommend if you are out of college looking for first job experience but everyone I worked with left after one year

Lots of job opportunities due to high turn over. Good amount of time off.

Cons

Low pay and not much support from management. It is all about money rather then helping clients. Company is driven by policies that are outdated.
