Pros

The people are the reason I work here. Peers, staff, clients, community partners, board members. Everyone is here to serve and make a difference in the behavioral health of the community. No matter who we are or where we come from we all share a common purpose and believe in the potential of our community and our people.

Cons

There aren't many in my opinion. Communication is a challenge because we are a complicated, large organization. But we work on doing our best every day. Competitive wages are a challenge because we are a non-profit. But we proactively advocate for our staff and their wages every day.
