      Pros

      *Coworkers work great as a team, very supportive if each other. *Convienent location. *Generous discount.

      Cons

      *No growth opportunities, No promotion from within. * No raises for years, though some associates receive "adjustments". *No real work life balance. Only salaried associates can work from home. No flexible schedules.

      Pros

      I was only close to a few staff members in the Tampa IT area. My staff was freat, all hard workers who dedicated much of their lives to the company.

      Cons

      Many staff have dedicated their lives to this company, most of the time with little or no recognition. Many were walked out after many years of service becuase "their positions were no longer required", these are people who gave their lives to this company. Upper management never cared about these individuals, turns out they were just numbers or spots on an Org Chart, very sad.

      Pros

      Strong heritage brand and loyal customer. There were a lot of great people but many have left in recent time Collaborative environment encouraged

      Cons

      Leadership has lost its way and there is a lot of obvious conflict among them, creating a tense environment. Teams are lean in headcount, creating a lot of extra work Rigid processes and lack of tools and systems which creates more manual work Constant meetings and jam packed calendars make it hard to get job done in “normal” working hours
