Business Outlook
Pros
-Advancement opportunity, I got promoted after 6 months (when I was only 18 years old!) -Pay is higher than other retailers -Fun working environment, I had wonderful coworkers, managers and customers -Every time I asked for time off, I got the days off as long as it was at least 1-2 weeks in advance -There would always be little challenges between the stores with incentives, which were really fun. This is an amazing place to work at if you value strong relationships with people.
Cons
-The company is going downhill -Some customers are hard to deal with, but this is the retail industry, it is always going to happen -I did not get enough hours, due to very slow days -Not fast-pace all the time
