      Pros

      Loved my job with Talbots...Great co-workers, competitive pay and benefits. Good location. Enjoyed relationship w/stores and customers. Positive feedback from supervisor and ability to learn.

      Cons

      Many changes within company in last several years due to economy. Not enough room for advancement. Positions eliminated by buyout. Not happy with upper management

      Pros

      Great starting pay and discounts for a retail store.

      Cons

      Not much enough staff to cover amount of work that needed to be completed in the store AND provide quality customer service at the same time.

      Good pay, pretty good discounts, not too hard of a job.

      Cons

      Managers will ask for you to cover a shift or come in early, if you can't they get angry. rude customers. I'm an exotic dancer and I get more respect from the men in the clubs than I do from co-workers and customers here. It's pathetic. They tried making me come into work with the flu last year, knowing I had a fever of 104.
