Pros

Great for customers and customer facing associates.

Cons

If you’re not a shining example of customer service than you’re worth nothing. Operations associates are treated like garbage so that all the efforts can be put towards their service and grass roots. The large work load and store visuals are left to the few. Anything less than perfect isn’t accepted. This is not a company that has executives who have had experience in companies that properly execute operations. The concept is lost and way undervalued.

Crazy Floor Sets and No Work-Life Balance

Pros

Very good employee discount, great co worker, especially those who've been there long term. Customers generally nice.

Cons

Benefits are terrible for such a large company that's been around for 70 years. Inexperienced store managers who do not understand how to schedule. Floor sets every 15 days and then constant updates. Confusing coupons, sales, markdowns and price points making the customer aggravated. Client Specialist and Job "clarity" (divisions) is unfair and creates hostile work environments rather than a united team.

Pros

nice location, clean environment, previously high end talent, friendly staff and clients, quality clothing in nice classic updated looks could easily be back on top with new direction and respect for employees

Cons

Schedule is constantly changed without notification, unrealistic demands, rude comments from manager with a touch of racism, unknowledgeable leadership, disconnected and snobby DM, has no concern for employees , they say they irreplaceable. lack of focus, few doing most of the hard work while others are pampered. Lack of proper training. CEO is absolutely lost in her role.
