Pros

Very customer centric company to work for. They have become very philanthropic as well. It is nice to have the ability to please your clients and give back to the community with events.

Cons

Work load is ridiculous! There are too many marketing and visual changes asked of us weekly. The set up for promotions is so labor intensive.

No benefits are paid for part time managers No guarantee of the amount of hours you will get weekly - it varies This company hires women who don't need a job and work for the discount

Pros

the people on my level that I work with who are also frustrated with upper management.

Cons

Men get paid more than women which is a shame because this is company lead by women for women. Major favoritism with the CEO. Meetings start at 5:00 or later. Stay away if you are in ecomm. They do not know how to grow this area of the business.
