      Pros

      Amazing Product, Company moving in great direction in theory, co-workers fun and caring Discount good.

      Cons

      Promotion from within almost impossible. Senior management interested in performance not people. Serious internal problems ignored.

      Pros

      Good pay, smaller stores means less busy all the time. Change of pace. They had many employee promotions and contests, even bonuses for sales associates.

      Cons

      Began to run sales on goals when I started working. Performance review if you didn't meet their "set" goal for the month, every three months reviewed weather to keep job. Not really fair considering they expected nearly the same sales for a smaller, slower store compared to bigger and busier ones.

      Pros

      The store level employees are wonderful and valuable asset to the company.

      Cons

      No acknowledgement from upper management regarding performance and a job well done. No training whatsover and failure to promote from within. Poor communication throughout company. No support for store level management.
