      Pros

      As far as retail goes they are a great company to work for. Good quality of life for their managers. They do not make you work crazy hours. Over 7 years I averaged about 43-45 hours. Granted there were some 60 hour weeks but not all the time. You receive extra days off besides your vacation to make up for working on holidays.

      Cons

      The mall hours and working during the holidays! However that is retail. They were a good company for treating employees fair. However, some policies vary but district and drop in sales has led to a drop in managerment. The drop in business has made them give up their quality customer service for the bottom dollar.

      Pros

      Ideal for people who don't want to commute to the city but who want to work for a major company that offers good wages and medical benefits. Nice people working there.

      Cons

      Incompetent executive and senior management. No career path or investment in upgrading employee skills. Poor communication of corporate vision and strategy. Promotions/hiring based on who you know and how effectively you can work the political system. Poor corporate earnings have resulted in layoffs, so jobs aren't stable for management or hourly workers.

      Pros

      if you like feeling you are in boot camp where you need permission for every miniscule issue (yes even going to the bathroom!) then please don't walk RUN to work here.

      zero job growth, consistent stagnancy, poor pay
