Bad company values, they don't care about their employees. Corporate people are very rude and look down upon you. They expect too much and give very little

Positive atmosphere. Loyal client base. High-quality products. Helpful customer service representatives. Flexible work schedule. Caring coworkers and managers. Low turn-over rate; loyal employees.

Cons

Frequent miscommunication on all levels- within management, from higher management, and from management to associates. Very little performance incentive and reward. Very difficult to be promoted within the company.
