Pros

Long hours during season majority of coworkers are great to get along with. Recieved good training from the right person. shifts go by quickly when busy. Some are hardworker than others.

Cons

Short hours during summer some supervisors look down on you too much as if your doing everything wrong. Few employees do not share equal work around store.

Pros

The employees were very nice and kind. A very family atmosphere among the lower employees.

Cons

The managers where discriminatory towards people under 30. I was given no training and had to learn from getting yelled at. Was made to work in almost complete silence in the backroom for hours and given a huge amount of work to do that was constantly added to. Had one of the managers pull me to the side and tell me to my face that I wasn't doing enough work and that I didn't care. She told me that I was too invested in college and only cared about the money. My hours were cut down to the point I was only working 5 days per month. Would guilt me into doing something I had never done before in front of the customers and expect me to get it right. I was told that I couldn't talk at work, that if I had time to talk, I could be moving my hands. Basically, that I should work by myself in complete silence for 8 hours. The managers, especially this specific one, would come back and pressure me into working faster and getting this huge amount of work done. All of the managers said only two phrases to me " How's it going?" and " How many boxes left?" Only one other person who worked on stock which is insanely too much work for two people.
