Pros

Employee discount is better than most retail stores.

Cons

There is no integrity in this company/store. There is a level of favoritism that is actually palatable. If you speak up - you are a troublemaker. If you do your job - then there's always something you didn't do. Communication is not consistent. The back stabbing and gossip is ongoing... not to mention the snide remarks about certain customers. If you do not participate in the gossip - then the gossip is about you.

First they hire me and then within a week they told me that you are over qualified so please resign this job .

No help from management. I haven’t been to this third class management ever.

Expect an awful lot for low pay

Flexible hours, most of the customers are nice.

Cons

Upper management is deceitful. Payroll is cut, and less staff is expected to perform the same tasks as before the cut. Employees are always being asked accomplish more than is possible to do. Directs are a priority one week and the next week we are told the customers in the store are the priority. We are told to book appointments for sales and then after the sale a better price is offered. Where is the incentive to continue? The customers are unhappy and have been trained to wait for a better price next week. You can’t win with this company. Do NOT recommend.
