Ownership of your role. Outstanding comp package, full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Life lock benefits, 401k matching, paid vacation based on seniority in related industry, free covered parking, fully stocked kitchen including premium coffee, flavored sparkling water, and variety of snacks. Even an onsite fitness center equipped with showers.

Cons

Not even one. The growth opportunity, and development is here for the taking.

Salary and benefits are above average, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Most coworkers are smart, good people who care about their job, despite the daily work politics they have to endure.

Cons

Company used to be a great place to work; not anymore. Upper management has forgotten that employees are the soul of the company and do not value their knowledge or opinions, especially female employees. Now just employee # xxxxxx. They outsource work to get rid of people and trust their contractors more than their greatest resource - employees. Management has stripped assets solely for bumping up the bottom line. I’ve never worked somewhere where they will sell or dispose of equipment and turn around and buy it at twice the price soon after. Learned quickly what the phrase “people don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers” really meant. Most employees have lost their drive because of this.
