Some great co-workers, good pay.

Cons

Benefits are going downhill. Upper management must be seen to be believed. They have no professionalism and show no respect to many of the hard workers, even mocking them behind their back. Foul language flows like water.

Great Pay, great benefits, opportunities for Overtime

Cons

Unstable work environment. Declining morale. No room for advancement. Everyone at the bottom is worried about layoffs and buyouts, while those at the top seem to keep getting richer.

Pros

It is a great example of the results of bad housekeeping. It is surrounded by the great town of Colstrip which is very family friendly. Free town gym and golf course.

Cons

Talen already bailing out of Montana. So lacking in desire to correctly run the place that a unit outage is cancelled this year. That doesn't bode well for the safety of the IBEW 1638 members, not well at all. Outages are scheduled for very good reasons.
