The money. At this point nothing else.

Cons

The previous reviews are spot on. High stress environment. Discriminatory. Favoritism. Benefits have severely declined. Company does nothing to recognize or retain people who actually add value. Goals and a path to get there are ambiguous and policies are applied very inconsistently. Nearly zero recognition from upper management; to the point where it's a mind game sometimes.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. The benefits used to be better, but times have changed.

Cons

Hard core good 'ol boy network in effect. If you don't know someone and aren't part of the "click" then your chances for advancement are pretty much nil. Senior Management also seems to have a perpetual issue of promoting those people that are completely unqualified for the next level position.
