Pros

The ability to work remote, that’s pretty much all the “pros” manpower group has had to offer during my time here.

Cons

The list is endless, atrocious CRM/ATS, lots of excel sheets, terrible benefits, used by clients to enable bad, and sometimes flat out unethical hiring practices. If you want real corporate recruiting, look elsewhere. Salary will fluctuate from assignment to assignment.

Many employees work from home.

Cons

They are racing to the bottom on costs and outsourcing much of their work to India. They push the remaining employees very hard with short deadline projects, and few resources.
