      Don't Stay Too Long!

      Pros

      Having Manpower on your resume helps to open doors for you. Especially if you are interested in having an HR/Recruiter Career.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up. Too much favoritism. No growth opportunities. Incompetent management. Pay is terrible and non competitive. White privilege is obvious and no people of color are able to advance. So stay for at least six months (which is still asking alot) and then leave! Not worth staying here!

      Pay? Although I get paid the same amount to just interview people at my new job rather than carry the workload of multiple people.

      Cons

      Unless you are in a position higher than "recruiter," you're basically invisible Unrealistic productivity expectations No room for advancement Repetitive work becomes demotivating high-stress

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Pay is substantially low. Also management is ran like a Tyranny, which makes it VERY difficult to do your job. Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked for. I would recommend staying away from the TAPFIN brand.
