Very disconnected/disorganized. Management does not support their employees.

The people I worked directly with were great.

Cons

Very little integrity from upper management. They are micromanagers just worried about bringing a dollar to their own pockets. Decreased commission plan 2 years in a row even for contest winners. Yet they are bringing new people on at 30% greater salaries than those with proven track record in their own company.
