Pros

Opportunities are great here if you like a fast-paced, challenging environment where you can solve issues with other talented people.

Cons

Average salaries...this could improve but the opportunity to learn is huge

Pros

The company gives unlimited PTO (as long as individual goals are being met)

Cons

Low pay, took months to get a higher salary when I got promoted, but other people got their salary increase right away.

Pros

Flexibility, good team members &, easy to build relationships

Cons

TL is a decent company but the pay to THUB employees is AWFUL. Talent Hub department is full of broken promises. They say they are working for growth opportunities, better pay, etc and frankly, it's like talking to a wall sometimes. NO MATTER how much you get into them about it, they say they can't help right now. They say they are advocating but nothing ever happens. We also employ for jobs that pay higher than what we make - make it make sense. TL obviously has money to take employees to Florida for a trip, but can't provide a higher compensation to employees who do double the amount of work as someone who doesn't even show up to work and/or is a low performer. They will make up every excuse. They laid off 2 people but then brought in offshore people because it'll save money. If they compensated employees more, they wouldn't have to do this.
