      Pros

      Generally decent pay and respect during the hiring process.

      Cons

      Do what you say you will do. The follow through and holding up their end of commitments is inconsistent. All about the image of the redwood tree and values, which is smoke and mirrors. TONS of turnover within the organization. Know what you are getting into.

      Sometimes Communication Issues Got In The Way

      Great culture, great people in most departments, you could tell people were at least trying to be prioritized.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and frequent turnover made it hard to work efficiently. LOW PAY!!!

      -Attractive office with a full kitchen and free, fancy coffee machine

      Cons

      Drama. So much drama. It is absolutely encouraged and certainly not dealt with appropriately. The most cliquey workplace I have ever come across. The compensation is shameful. No 401K match. Very minimal PTO and holidays.
