Pros

Remote Unlimited PTO Some co workers were nice

Cons

Very cliquey, even remote CEO is stuck in his college wrestling career and is delusional Pay was so god awful for the amount of work to be done and then surprise! consistent reorgs & layoffs

Great Team & Culture

Pros

The women on my team motivate me to be better every day. The culture is welcoming and open to ideas, not just sticking to what leadership suggests, which is refreshing. I've enjoyed working for TalentLaunch and taking challenges head on. I love the different groups that the company provides, ensuring support is given and provided.

Cons

Being fully remote was difficult to keep up or stay up to speed, but with a dedicated team who sees my potential, I've never felt forgotten.

Lack of consistency

Pros

unlimited pto and uncapped commission

Cons

-high turnover -unrealistic expectations -leadership that is out of touch with reality and its employees -lack of consistency —- things are always changing and processes are never the same for more than a year -despicable maternity leave; 10 paid days , salary only, no commission. flat out disrespectful. -employees don’t get raises -0 room for growth -seems like they actually want to increase turnover and replace people at the same or lower salary, rather than giving existing employees raises -0 indication that employees are remotely valued I would work here to get your foot in the door, net work, and get out. pretty sure that’s what they want you to do too.
