Pros

Newly remodeled workspace with state-of-the-art technology. Standing desks for every employee in an open, collaborative environment. CEO sits out with employees and executives are always accessible. They have programs that reward you for living the company's values and encourage you to continually learn and grow professionally. Amazing kitchen where employees bring ingredients to cook meals alone, or as a team building exercise. Leaders are transparent and encourage all employees to be. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Cons

Need more people! We are growing quickly and need additional talent in multiple areas. Additional points of concern are currently being addressed by management: 401k match and parental leave.
