Honestly the overall environment Is very compartmentalized and they they don't work as a team.. It always seems that everybody is out for their own bag which I can respect but there should also be some type of team aspect as well. You can tell the ones that are sucking up to the bosses Because those are the ones that get put into higher positions positions even if they're not highlighted high level producers.. The overall environment is very individualized And at no point in time did I ever feel like I was a member of the company or part of the family. A lot of times when the leadership is on a meeting they just like to hear themselves talk instead of listening to all of the workers.

Management is a literal family that is toxic Leadership is always on vacation, never pay attention, come in at every quarterly meeting and tell everybody how they suck and what they need to improve on Just ask any employee who is currently working there It's just hard to put into words, but out of the 4 companies I have worked for there has been nothing close to the mess that is Talento
