Pros

Supportive and helpful managers, good work-life balance, interdepartmental collegiality and collaboration, environment of empathy for patients, employees, and situations. Overall, everyone is united in their support of the same mission of increasing access to mental health across the US. It feels good to work for a company trying to make people's lives better and healthier.

Cons

Working in a start-up environment brings frequent changes as we grow. Such an environment requires a high level of patience and flexibility while leadership navigates our challenges and growing pains.
